Where We Ship

We currently ship within Pakistan only.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed and confirmed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day.

Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Same-day dispatch is subject to successful order confirmation, product availability and courier operations.

Delivery times are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date. Remote areas may take additional time beyond the estimates above. We occasionally offer free shipping on a promotional basis — check the website for current offers.

Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan with the following conditions:

• Orders up to Rs. 25,000 — Full payment on delivery, no advance required.

• Orders between Rs. 25,001–Rs. 35,000 — Advance payment of Rs. 2,000 required at order confirmation. The remaining balance is paid on delivery.

• Orders above Rs. 35,000 — 100% advance payment required before dispatch.

Advance Delivery Charges

Customers with a history of order cancellations may be required to pay advance delivery charges before their order is confirmed. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Returned Orders

If a dispatched order is returned to us due to failed delivery or cancellation, advance delivery charges will be required before we can confirm your next Cash on Delivery order. This requirement remains in place until the subsequent order is successfully delivered.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS to monitor your delivery.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will contact you to reschedule. Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate at the time of ordering.
